This notice describes how Global Stablecoin Summit collects and uses personal information submitted through globalstablecoinsummit.com. It is a production draft and should be legally reviewed before it is treated as a binding privacy statement.

1. Who is responsible
This website is operated by Global Stablecoin Summit (“GSCS”, “we”). Until a registered legal entity is named as data controller, privacy enquiries should be sent to info@globalstablecoinsummit.com. Correspondence may be directed to Dubai, United Arab Emirates. That location is a correspondence address published on this site; it is not presented here as a registered headquarters or as a confirmed establishment for data-protection law.
2. Information we collect
Information you submit through enquiry, speaker, partnership or newsletter forms: name, organisation, email address, the nature of your enquiry, and the content of your message. If you write to us by email, we collect the content of that correspondence.
Technical data may be collected by hosting, analytics or form processors acting for us, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and approximate location derived from IP. Enquiry, speaker and partnership forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent automated abuse; Google receives the verification token and related technical data under Google’s privacy policy. We do not ask for payment-card data on this website.
3. Purposes and lawful bases
We use personal information to respond to enquiries; to administer partnership, speaking, media and registration interest; to send summit updates where you have asked to receive them; to operate, secure and improve the website; and to meet legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, we rely on consent (for newsletter subscription), legitimate interests in operating a professional events platform, and steps prior to a contract where you have asked to partner, speak or attend. You may withdraw newsletter consent at any time by emailing info@globalstablecoinsummit.com.
4. Cookies and analytics
The site may use cookies or similar technologies that are strictly necessary for hosting and security. If analytics tools are introduced, we will update this notice and, where required, request consent. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
5. Processors and transfers
Form submissions may be processed by email and form-delivery providers (including FormSubmit or equivalent) so that messages reach info@globalstablecoinsummit.com, partnerships@globalstablecoinsummit.com, speakers@globalstablecoinsummit.com or media@globalstablecoinsummit.com. Hosting and those processors may store or access data outside your country, including in the United States. Where a transfer mechanism is required under applicable law, we will put it in place as the operating entity is confirmed.
6. Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and for a reasonable period afterwards for continuity of partnership, programme and media relationships, or longer if required by law. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. We then delete or irreversibly anonymise the data unless a legal hold applies.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to a public website that collects professional contact details. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Minors

10. Updates
We may update this notice as the programme, legal entity or processing arrangements change. The effective date above will be revised when that happens. Material changes will be posted on this page.
