Terms of use
These terms govern use of globalstablecoinsummit.com and enquiries submitted through it. They are a production draft and should be legally reviewed — including governing law, ticketing and sponsorship contracts — before they are treated as binding.
Effective date: 31 August 2026.
1. Who we are
This website is published by Global Stablecoin Summit (“GSCS”). Content describes the summit series, the Africa Edition and related programmes. Correspondence: info@globalstablecoinsummit.com; location published on this site: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
2. Acceptable use
You may browse and share pages for professional purposes. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that impairs others’ use, submit unlawful or misleading information, or copy the brand, layout or copy in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written permission.
3. Intellectual property
The GSCS name, mark, website design and original copy are owned by GSCS or used under licence. Insights, newsroom copy and resource documents may be quoted with attribution for editorial reporting. They may not be reproduced as a competing product or presented as your own research.
4. No partnership, ticket or speaking slot from a form
Submitting an enquiry, speaker application, partnership form or newsletter subscription does not create a contract, partnership, sponsorship, speaking slot, press credential or ticket. Participation is subject to written confirmation by GSCS. We may accept or decline applications at our discretion.
5. Speaker submissions
You warrant that material you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. GSCS may use your name, role and proposed session title for programme administration. Confirmed speakers will be asked to agree additional terms covering recording, publicity and conflicts.
6. Sponsorship and partnership arrangements
Partnership categories on this site are descriptive. Commercial terms, benefits, payment, cancellation and brand-use rules are set only in a written agreement. Until that agreement is signed, no inventory is reserved.
7. Events, changes and cancellation
Date, city, venue and programme for the Africa Edition will be published when confirmed. GSCS may change, postpone or cancel an event, including for reasons outside our reasonable control (force majeure), such as government restrictions, venue failure, public-health measures or civil disruption. If tickets are later sold, refund and transfer rules will be stated at purchase and will prevail over this general page.
8. Tickets and refunds
This website does not currently sell tickets or take event payments. If ticketing opens, prices, taxes, refunds, substitutions and identification requirements will be disclosed at checkout.
9. Third-party links and content
Links to third-party sites, including LinkedIn and source publications cited in insights, are provided for information. GSCS is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
10. Liability
Information on this site is general and does not constitute legal, regulatory, investment or financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSCS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Force majeure
GSCS is not in breach of these terms for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including infrastructure outages, acts of government, labour disputes, or emergencies affecting travel or venues.
12. Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. The operating entity and forum for disputes should be confirmed by counsel once the legal vehicle for GSCS is specified.
